This is the first of a two part series about how to reduce the risk of developing a cold or flu. Isn't it frustrating that most of us know that a cold or flu is coming up yet we often feel helpless to do anything to stop it. Here are some quick tips to help stop the development of a cold or flu quickly and easily. Here is the summary:
- Take Echinacea
- Take Vitamin C
- Get a lot of sleep
- Stop all excessive sugar intake
- Stop mucous producing foods (dairy products, orange juice and bananas)
- Don't exercise
- Reduce Stress
- Hot/Cold Contrast Showers/Baths (see tomorrow's video blog for details)

Nous sommes allés à La Zamaan le 19 et ils étaient encore en train de pain livré. Mais le repas a été savoureux et délicieux! Le poulet est cuit à la perfection - en réalité, tout était. Le service n'était pas grande que mentionné dans la revue Nouvelles mais nous n'étions pas pressés pour cela n'avait aucune importance.
